Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have left my father's probate open to dispute or arrest. How can you owe more after dyeing then alive? I have no proof of death certificate. My aunt Laura Buss got them all supposedly from the River View Abby. The are trying to evict me from an inherited house to search for old documents that are not in the court 22LT02894. I think everything has changed over to inherit and they are looking for documents stating it was my dad's. An attorney said this in front of me to another attorney on the phone. By the way I paid all the back rent, all that was left was bills to close the probate and I have to pay them and turn them in. I know you can't do anything after closing. No court is my dad's will and he owes more court after dyeing then bills while alive. No death certificate the attorney's don't have one. I wanted to dispute it all with no death certificate all attorney cost. This is Laura Buss version of my dad's will 21PB10285, it got dismissed and removed is what I understood except the estate that I and my daughter inherit. Randall H Janzen/Rash. I couldn't even talk to Pacific North Law without my own attorney. Resolution Sought No death certificate No attorney costs disputed.

We are in receipt of the above captioned complaint related to Ms. Rash and dispute all allegations of wrongdoing. First, to be clear, Ms. Rash is not our client, or our customer. Instead, she is an adverse litigant in an ongoing lawsuit. Our office represents the Estate of Randall Howard Janzen, the owner of property in Multnomah County that is attempting to evict Ms. Rash from the property. Because the litigation is currently ongoing, we cannot say more.
