I have a complaint about this business called pacific retrieval. They called me asked my name then started to racially profile me. Saying racial slurs. Stating I owe them money for a car I never had towed. They also stated I owe them 2200$ Then continue to say hope you enjoy your credit score drop. I am in fear for my life and also my financial account. They have all my personal info and I don't know what they're intentions are. After they hung up I proceeded to call them back to speak with the person that hung up on me which name is Richard. Richard went on to tell his employee to not tell me his name also saying he was not there. When I can clearly hear Richard in the background. I would like for this business to get a taste of their own medicine. Apparently they do this to people all the time. I had reviewed all the comments on there yelp page and a lot of people stated that this company make a bunch of false accusations and also tons of racial discrimination. Resolution Sought I would like to file a lawsuit about this business. They should not be able to operate under the circumstances and liabilities they put people in. Such as having people personal info to feel like they can do what ever it is that they want to do. They need to be shut down. Any business that can't treat all humans equally shouldn't exists.

The allegations are false. There were no racial slurs and not in fear of his life. He continued to repeat our address as his intention was to come to our office. Our employee should have done a better job explaining the purpose of the call as letters have gone unanswered. Our further communication will be only in writing.
