Pacific Sales Does not CARE

Bought a microwave from them and the installers they recommend Peerless Group Inc were horrible and made me feel very unsafe. When I called and spoke to the store manager DAVE he didn't seem to concern and was more on their side then mine. The installers that came to my house were looking all around my house and garage. When I talked to the assist manager Adrain he at lease seemed concerned and interested in my experience and even called the owner of the company but the owner never called me. I wrote a letter to Pacific sales and still no response....I guess Pacific Sales does not care that they might be referring possible criminals to people's home. Even to this day I am worried about that they are going to come and rob my house. The only good thing was Adrian and how he handled the situation.
