Pacific West was suppose to contact me to install a Costco dishwasher on June 3, 2021. They failed to contact me and a week later I was able to contact them. They then booked their services for June 22 (19 days later). On June 21, they called twice to confirm that they would do the install between 12 and 5 p m on June 22. I set-aside my tasks and waited and they never came or called. I left several messages. I called on June 23 and finally got ahold of agent. Who was apologetic but completely unsympathetic. They tentative booked install for the dishwasher for June 29, but indicated that they could misses that appointment as well. Resolution Sought I would like Pacific West to contact me and provided a detailed explanation what went wrong. And make a special trip to do the install. Or provide a complete refund of $800.
