Customer Complaint

On February 26, 2020 I received a notation stating that I have $49.05 credit in my prepaid accoount, credit code #RG113332. I tried to purchase items with that $49.05 and I never received a reply. On April 7, 2021, I received my package and I was credit $73.05, for the items that they did not have. I sent several letters asking for a refund. In North Kern State prison they discontinue their contract with Packages R Us Q.P. I spoke to staff official at North Kern to help me retrieve my money. I was told that I had to deal with the package company to get a refund. I tried everything that is within my power to no avail. Resolution Sought A full refund of $122.10.

The company closed April 7, 2020. We are not the same company, sorry. At the time, the company sold items to inmates in the California State Prison system. After they closed, we took over the name. We are a new company, not even a year old. We have nothing to do with the company that once was. There is no place to refer you to.

No I am not satisfied with the responsed that I received. Even though PackagesRUs QP, Inc. have been replaced with new owners, the debt still remain with PackagesRUs. Resolution remains the same.

As stated previously, this is a different company than the company that did not reimburse the patron. We cannot honor the request of refunding $122.10 from the previous company. Unfortunately, we do not have funds available to refund J89905 #B3, 8-5, Quevan.
