Paddle took 96.24 off my debit card without my authorization and when I inquired about it I told them to cancel and refund my money. The response was they canceled and in the next 3 business days it would be processed and told me to allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect back into my account. This took place January 18 2022 and its now February and I haven't seen or heard anything. Resolution Sought I want my refund of 96.24

I've now submitted the refund and it should process over the next 3-5 working days. Some bank cards may have a longer processing time, which can result in a delay in your funds being credited back to your account. Recently I recently had a charge on my direct Express card for $40 from a business called paddle I know nothing about it there's no way to contact them and they would do $40 off of my direct Express card which is my disability card there's no way to contact them there's no way to get a hold of them and I want my money back and I do not want them withdrawing money from my account anymore please help me they took it off the beginning of November I've tried contacting them there's no way to contact them there's nothing for me to get a hold of them Resolution Sought I would like them to I would like my money put back on my card and for them not to withdraw money off of my card anymore okay okay
