This is a scam that charges from malware that is downloaded to a Mac without the users knowledge. When you try to cancel, it is only a bot that responds and it doesn't actually cancel anything you get charged during the next billing cycle, again. Resolution Sought Money back and have Paddle negatively affected with bad press and reviews.
