My ACH check was returned. I received a call from palisades 7/12/21 about 2pm. We discussed on June 11th. I told them my new job I get paid by weekly so it'll be late July also. July 12 I reminded lady this month will be late also. New job im playing catch up. She insists I pay credit or debit card fee $30. I told her I'm already paying late fee so I'm trying to save. She got frustrated and hung up. Didn't pick up after. The next day I get paid and call the only number you can get in touch with them with. Another picks up and asks to help me. I tell her my name and she says are you ready to pay. I said yeah but why am I paying 30 dollars to pay you guys. All in my conversation was displaying I'm trying to save. She offered money gram and I asked her, what if I get money order and 1 day send it . Instead off explaining, she starts telling me she don't wanna argue and hangs up. Now I decided to go to to money gram after she hung up. I went to pay and the like you need an account number. Now every month they send me payment stubs and with the payment stub I couldn't even pay the bill because in order to pay the bill. The company would have to give you the letters DA to your account in order to pay. I say this to say, while at money gram I'm trying to call and they not picking up for none of my numbers. I thought I was doing business with a company and they workers or phone operators getting personal with me. Nothing about my conduct with them deserved they treatment. Resolution Sought Be professional and the workers should have the same concerns a owner would have. I have 4 payments left and they all of a sudden just tired of me as a customer
