On December 1, 2023. I purchased a Blackstone Griddle from Palladin online for $89.98. On my debit card. I received on confirmation of payment. To be followed by delivery date and tracking information. I waited and waited never did I receive any information about my purchase. I tried calling the phone number and email the contact information on their page. I left numerous messages on the phone number listed. After weeks of no response I contact my debit card supplier. I receive my disability through Direct Express. A debit card supplied by Docisl Srcurity. I filed a dispute to get my money back on December 20,2023. They are susposed to be investigating it . They tell me the company filed a chargeback. This is a fraud company that doesn't exist. It has taken over 45 days go of them to investigate s as nd still nothing has been done. Can you please htter up me get my money back . I live on a fixed income. I can't afford to loose my money. Resolution Sought To refund my money
