I bought a car from this car lot for 3,500 dollars cash on 10/9/2021 after on week my check engine light came on I called Mike the owner of the lot he assured me it was a censor and that he would order the part to have the car fixed well he never order a censor and two weeks later the car ran hot on me I paid to have the car towed the next day Mike assured me he would have his mechanic take care of the problem Mike has been stringing me along saying he gone take care of the problem I believe he was stalling out the 30 days to say I was responsible for repairs so the transmission on the car is gone it's sitting in a shop in which he told me to take it to to be fixed for the last 3 weeks where now Mike tells me he will buy the transmission but I have to pay to have it repaired because he will not eat the whole cost but he knows the car was no good and needed a transmission that he now refuses to give me any of my money back trade me to a car that works and he falsified my paperwork not putting the correct price that I paid him for the car I don't know if he did that to protect himself from paying the correct tax amount unsure but I need my car fixed that I paid for and or my money back I don't have transportation to get back and fourth to work but I paid for a car that's sitting at a shop not being fixed just sitting for the last 3 weeks please help me Resolution Sought I would either like my money back So I can find a working car or I want my car fixed as promised and not at my expense because I haven't even gotten a chance to ride in the car 30 days before it broke down with major issues it shouldn't been sold Mike knew that car needed a transmission.
