I own an auto repair shop. I have a customer who had a car warranty contract #AVPL100135 with Palmer Administrative Services, Inc. He needed a repair, contacted Palmer, they authorized the repair, they gave him an exact total that they would pay. The repair was completed, documents submitted for payment, customer paid the deductible, and the car was released to the customer. 5 months later, still no payment, I cannot get the claims department on the phone, only customer service. Customer service can only "send messages" to claims. I have tried to contact them many many times to no avail. I have even resubmitted the documentation several times. Resolution Sought I just want paid for the job I completed.

Company states the clain has now been denied due to the 30-day waiting period still being in effect. The coverage was purchased 12/18/23 and the claim was called in on 1/19/24 but the vehicle was brought into the repair facility on 1/15/24 which was under the 30 day waiting period.
