I have and auto repair vendors have tried for years to contact this business. I have been put on hold each time I have called. The vendors have left messages with no return calls. I have called at least 6 times to ask for a refund and was told someone would reach out to me. and no one ever did. Resolution Sought I want all of the money I have paid back.

We are a repair facility trying to get paid for a repair that was approved by this warranty company. I received a confirmation number and an approval amount, submitted the final invoice and have not heard anything back. I've tried to call for a week and a half now, in which I am put on hold until they disconnect me. I've sent numerous emails, with no response to any of them. This company approved the repairs, and now we would like to get paid. Resolution Sought We would like them to honor the claim they approved. Would also be nice if they would respond or answer the phone. I have called entirely too many times for it to be a coincidence that after 27 minutes or longer I conveniently get disconnected.
