I was buying a car from palmetto whole car and I put $2000 down on the car but they said I had to have full coverage but I didn't have any insurance upon purchasing the vehicle when I got it now that I started paying the car payments off faster they reported my car that I need to work to pay them off it's like they set me up just to keep making payments just so they can take the car but I've been driving the car the whole time with just liability insurance then when I paid the last 3 payments they still took the car I even paid 3 days before they took the car if they were gonna do all of this for the car just to take it they shouldn't have let me take it off the lot of anyone can help me that would be really good. Resolution Sought Pay me back all my money and they can keep the car if not they can just pay me $10000 for emotional distress.

The customer was well aware of his breach of contract and was given a GENEROUS grace period. The customer is well aware of his rights and responsibilities. The customer has lied to us repeatedly and refuses to provide the required coverage. We are happy to return the customer's vehicle once he is no longer in breach of contract.
