Have monthly subscription to Pandora Radio. On 03/24/2022 I was charged the monthly fee of $10.69 twice. I contacted them three times to no avail. They said refunded 10.69 once, but as my checking account states they have not done so, and they have shut off my Subscription. Resolution Sought Refund the 10.69 twice = $21.38.

They have been charging me for music without ads and I still get ads. No one answers their phones and they have these chat people who don't help and I don't know if they are charging me for advice. Pandora has been charging my credit card for music without ads But I still get ads with the music. They take the payment of $11.31 From my credit card every month. I have tried to reach them several times and you cannot make proper contact with them or make a complaint. I am really tired of them charging me for a service they don't provide. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of all the times they have been doing this charge every month - which is at least 2 years or give me music without ads and a refund for the months they have been charging me.
