On February 15, 2023 I want there to purchase half of charcoal chicken for the amount of $12.76 tax included before tips. I had $ 1.60 as a tip. Unfortunately, I was surprised to see in my bank statement, that they charged me $20.36. This is deceptive business practice to overcharged customers without their knowledge. The purchase with the tip included amounted to $14.36. I am seeking resolution on this matter in the light to reimburse the difference amount stolen from my bank account. I am pretty sure that they have been doing this type of shady behavior to many other customers without their consent. Thank you for your time and consideration in resolving this matter.
