Be more pleasant to customers

They never said they deliver our pizza. Gave it to someone else and said they took there money. Hung up on me two times. The manager was nasty and would not even let me talk as a customer. He said our number was on our order but we called to see if they was having problem but they still didn't even apologize for the issue the happen. They blamed us for us for putting in the wrong number. I'm sad to say this had been the worst experience with papa johns.
