Well I ordered 2 pizzas from them Monday the 19 th and both pizzas were burnt very badly and I have been calling to get this taken care of and I keep getting told to give them 48 hours to get back with me and no one did so I just called again to get told the same thing to give them another 48 hours. Now remember that this order was placed and paid for on the 19 of December at 2:09 pm and was told it would be 35 to 45 minutes delivery but I didn't receive the pizzas until 3:16 pm. Way over a hour and both pizzas were not eatable. They are not wanting to do anything about this complaint. I need help because I don't think that I should pay for something that I could not eat. I have the order number and everything. And I made several calls to them not only Monday but yesterday and today and got nothing from them. Resolution Sought I think that I not only should get my money back but I think after the waiting time for delivery and all the time and not being helped with this I think that they should also be made to replace the 2 pizzas for free .
