The pocket sliding glass doors they installed did not pass inspection (which I called for) as they require engineering plans. When the doors were sold to us it was explained that the doors did not require any additional prep. Now they want us to accept the install without our input i. e. their way will cause design and user flaws, and will hinder our ability to select our preferred window coverings. There are other issues, but this is the most significant one.. Resolution Sought 1. agree to revisit a plan design that includes our input or;2. bring doors, at their cost, that will not block any view from the kitchen SGD & will not create a boxed in corner or; 3. install per their plans but provide a balance credit to the customer. Business owner previously offered $2500 credit & agreed to wait for customer to price the cost of repairs with another company after the close of permits. A credit price was present to the business owner, but he said no without negotiati

Under the law I had 72 hours to cancel the contract. I contacted them within that time requesting my deposit back. It has been close to 3 weeks and I do not received it. Resolution Sought They claim to have an A+ rating. They do NOT deserve this rating. Other customers need to beware of this!!! I want my deposit back.
