No one ever returned calls. They either call to cancel the appt or don't call at all. Due to poor Cust Service, Jason stated he would take 30 off of the final price. I paid $5,807.46 to start the work. Their (One Day Install) for shower is still not complete; install on 5/8 & 5/9 has been an ongoing nightmare; very poor quality of work; including damaging my sink and trying to cover it up w/putty vs owning up to what they'd done. Shower leaked tons of water on my wood floor; things were not sealed to keep water inside shower; Seams in corners were not sealed; shower leaked from faucet. I feel water was dripping behind the wall. My house was covered in fiberglass dust due to from them sawing the tub into smaller pieces, a (plastic curtains, plus a shop vac) should have been used to eliminate the fiberglass particles from covering everything in my house. The fiberglass particles did not help my asthma. The Contract/design called for a nook but the shower was built without one. On 8/10, Chris came to install a white nook, which Chris said they had admitted at the office, that the color would not match my bathroom/shower. Since Chris left on 8/10, I have not heard from anyone from the Knoxville Office. Not to apologize nor to reschedule for the correct color nook. I have been corresponding with Jason MacDonald with all of the problems, poor workmanship, water damage, etc. I feel this company is taking advantage of me since I am a single, retired citizen. Glenda Lyons Resolution Sought A refund of the full amount I paid to this company in good faith, for what was suppose to be a one day job. It is August and the job is still Not complete. In addition, I would be under no further obligation to pay any remaining balance/monies which may be stated in the contract.
