I believe this company is committing fraud by renting rooms and taking money for something they CANNOT deliver.

I rented a room at this hotel and when I was given my room it was not the room I rented! The room I booked was a superior king. In the pictures of the room I booked it had a king bed, couch, kitchen, bathtub, etc. The room I received was a full bed with just a shower. No tub, kitchen, couch, etc. And it was filthy!!! There was what I believe was feces on the wall of the shower. When I complained I was told they could move me, but that the room that I booked does not even exist! The 2 ladies working said they get complaints all the time, but they do not do refunds and it's not their fault, they didn't take the pictures for the hotel website! I asked to speak to a manager and was told *no, he's not here, but you will have to wait til morning". There were also 5 or 6 guys sitting outside the office smoking pot. With kids going in and out the door right next to them! When we left one of the desks girls came out and joined them! There were 2 other people in the office at the same time as me that were complaining because they had also booked the non-existent superior king room. The girls behind the counter kept saying we can't give you what we don't have! She adamantly refused to return my money...but NOTHING could have made me stay there! I was able to get a refund through my credit card company. But I believe it is fraudulent to rent someone a non-existent room and then refuse to return their money! The fact that they admitted this is a common complaint is crazy.
