I am a member of Paradise Vacation Club, I have been attempting to contact them to book a reservation, I have been trying since the beginning of June, and have not been able to get anyone on the phone, I call at all times of the day/night. If they do answer, they leave you on the phone for over an hour and then just hang up. I just want to book a reservation for my timeshare. Resolution Sought Please have someone call me to book a reservation.

We received your letter reaching out to us regarding Ms. Nelson's Paradise Vacation Club membership. The reason Ms. Nelson wasn't able to get through to our Member Services line is that we've experienced system issues for a few weeks. Now that we are back up and booking reservations, the members who weren't able to make reservation during that time are trying to reach us. As a result, we are currently experiencing very high call volume. As of today, Aug. 7, 2025, we have reached out to the member regarding her request for a call back to book a reservation.
