We are writing to file a complaint against Paradise Village, located in Puerto Vallarta, regarding their unethical sales tactics and lack of attention towards their sales department. Our concern stems from the fact that their sales representatives have been lying to future and present consumers of their timeshares about the benefits they would receive if they invested in a lifelong contract. Despite confronting the business about these issues, they have chosen to ignore them and even went as far as telling us that we would not be able to cancel our ownership despite being lied to. We strongly believe that it is the responsibility of businesses like Paradise Village to provide accurate and truthful information to their consumers, especially when it comes to decisions as significant as investing in a lifelong contract. We have been in contact with Lulu Heredia, Verification Manager, who has left our last email unresponded to. She refers us to third parties to get rid of our timeshare failing to take responsibility. She even admitted in her emails that the business receives many complaints from other owners very similar to ours yet she stands by her stock response putting the blame back on to us and ignoring our request to look further into the issues she has been made aware of time and time again by many other owners alike. Resolution Sought We feel that their lack of attention towards their sales department is only enabling and encouraging these unethical sales tactics to continue. As an agency that deals with consumer/business issues and provides a platform for customers to share their experiences with the public, we are hoping that you can assist us in holding Paradise Village accountable for their actions. We urge you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action in ensuring that businesses like Paradise Village a
