Paragon honda of wood side ny has had my car since January 16th with out no communications with me as the customer.. I've made several attempts in reaching out to only be told by the receptionist that no ones available as a reputable company not once did Honda offer a loaner for the inconvenience I've endured!!! today I requested to speak to a general manager manager I was transfer and unfortunately nobody picked up my car was involved in a grand larceny situation .. the unprofessionalism is beyond me I've never experienced this before .. it's becoming very frustrating at this point so this is why I felt I needed to reach out Resolution Sought There's really nothing to dispute at this time I'm not looking for financial reimbursement just a apology and for it to not happen to any customers in the future
