According to my records sent to me from Paragon of my payments I have one that I've paid 36 payments to of $25 the original amount was $12.88 now they're saying the balance is 8:3902 if you take the $900 from the 1288 and all it comes out to 388 that I owe them and they told me and wouldn't give me any information over the phone and I just got off the phone with the lady that I need to write them a letter to dispute this matter I don't feel I should have to write them a letter they should provide me with the right information this is Paragon revenue group out of Concord North Carolina the number is 800-868-1899 and my account number with them is 24550961 I like to file a complaint about not getting proper information and proper balance that I feel has been paid to them and thank you. Resolution Sought Get the correct amount owed.

It is not the amount I dispute is the customer service. I called to hopefully find out why I was sent to collections and by whom. The man was abrupt and rude. He did inform me I owed $250.00 from New Hanover Medical center where I requested financial assistance and never heard from them. I requested a payment plan and live off social security fixed income with multiple doctors due to cancer. I asked it I could pay $25.00 per month and refused stating the minimum is $50.00 which I cannot afford at this timescale. I would be willing to pay my bills if I can afford to without eating Roman noodles for a year. Resolution Sought To have this company have some empathy for people less fortunate than they are. I am 75 years old and of sound mind. I just hope other elderly are treated with more respect and sympathy to be able to handle things within their means.
