I brought Windows through Paramount improvement. I have a certificate that says that my windows are guaranteed for 50 years. I had a patio window put in and then the scene broke. Then they put in another one but the wood that holds the patio window was not wood for the weather. So it's cracking and my patio window can fall out at any time. I contacted Paramount improvement and I explained to them though I got my windows in 1995. They put a new window in and I want to say 2,000 and I told them I had a certificate that my windows were guaranteed for 50 years and 30 years. I will pay x amount for repairs or whatever. The guy who answered the phone basically cursed me out and told me that what did I expect for Windows in 1995? Well for years I could never get any of them on the phone so I said look it took me 3 years after the pandemic just to get you on the phone. I've been trying to call to have the my windows record all of the above. He said he not doing shit that what did I expect. Just want to resolve to have the wood on my patio window redone so my patio window will not fall out. I also have a crack window. I was not able to get past just the patio window. I have the certificates, the receipt, the amount that it is. If it's a 50-year warranty, I don't expect to not pay anything. I just want the wood fix. If you could help that would be very important. I contacted roofer, Paramount, LLC to replace my roof..I didn't realize that they weren't accepted by BBB..until too late the representative took my $9,000 dollar check from my insurance company and 2 or 3 Mos later did the top part of my roof and I had to threatened them for the front flat roof which is leaking in my living room ceiling..I've tried calling then 100s of time they never answer or return my calls..I'm a disabled elderly senior citizen and they asked if I lived alone..& I do yet when I called Steve Ansley, the rep who took my check he hung up in my face..this has left me mentally, emotionally and physically scarred and I don't know what to do..please help..I am a widow of a Vietnam veteran..RIP.. they have not completed the roofing or called me back about the leak in my ceiling.. Resolution Sought I would like Paramount llc to complete the project or refund me half of my $9000 dollars back..
