I contacted them several times about my windows they installed. My bedroom and kitchen windows actually had rain coming inside my home. All of my windows seem to drop so when I want to lock them, I have to lift/push up on the top window first. My home is really cool as if these windows are not keeping the cold air out enough. The bay window actually have frost on the inside when it gets really cold outside. I've had my home insulated to help. Resolution Sought Fix my issues. I spoke to Thomas Panek several times in the past, tried to go to the BBB. Tom sent someone out who of course couldn't find any issues with the windows. I feel like they are not taking my issues seriously

I brought Windows through Paramount improvement. I have a certificate that says that my windows are guaranteed for 50 years. I had a patio window put in and then the scene broke. Then they put in another one but the wood that holds the patio window was not wood for the weather. So it's cracking and my patio window can fall out at any time. I contacted Paramount improvement and I explained to them though I got my windows in 1995. They put a new window in and I want to say 2,000 and I told them I had a certificate that my windows were guaranteed for 50 years and 30 years. I will pay x amount for repairs or whatever. The guy who answered the phone basically cursed me out and told me that what did I expect for Windows in 1995? Well for years I could never get any of them on the phone so I said look it took me 3 years after the pandemic just to get you on the phone. I've been trying to call to have the my windows record all of the above. He said he not doing shit that what did I expect. Just want to resolve to have the wood on my patio window redone so my patio window will not fall out. I also have a crack window. I was not able to get past just the patio window. I have the certificates, the receipt, the amount that it is. If it's a 50-year warranty, I don't expect to not pay anything. I just want the wood fix. If you could help that would be very important.
