I contacted roofer, Paramount, LLC to replace my roof..I didn't realize that they weren't accepted by BBB..until too late the representative took my $9,000 dollar check from my insurance company and 2 or 3 Mos later did the top part of my roof and I had to threatened them for the front flat roof which is leaking in my living room ceiling..I've tried calling then 100s of time they never answer or return my calls..I'm a disabled elderly senior citizen and they asked if I lived alone..& I do yet when I called Steve Ansley, the rep who took my check he hung up in my face..this has left me mentally, emotionally and physically scarred and I don't know what to do..please help..I am a widow of a Vietnam veteran..RIP.. they have not completed the roofing or called me back about the leak in my ceiling.. Resolution Sought I would like Paramount llc to complete the project or refund me half of my $9000 dollars back..
