I was dealing with a guy named Greg Archuleta as a lender. Who said him and the realtor had ran the numbers for me to own a condo down at Windsor gardens. Come to find out I could not buy it the first excuse I got was being a first-time home buyer you can't buy a house that's been on the market less than 90 days. I said okay then I want my $1,100 back. She said we have to go with the person that put it on the market. Then I got the excuse oh you and Brian are under income don't make enough money for this property. I said you should have known this before you sent me down there and before I pay the appraisal fee and an inspection fee. The Realtors company text me today and said she is mailing my inspection fee. And to go after the lender because the lender was at fault which I've heard from a ton of people the lender is at fault. The lenders supervisor or boss Stacy Watts said contact the lawyer I spoke to a lawyer and he said Better Business Bureau or just report them. And other stuff. All I want is my money back. You shouldn't have never had me down there you should have known what you were doing as a lender you should have been more professional about what you were doing. Then they both said oh we'll pay your inspection fee I said no and then the realtor cashed at my son $500 before her company sent the money back. All I want is my money back it's been stressful looking for a house I am good to go I don't want to deal with another realtor or lender at this point in my life Resolution Sought Mail my check back mail me back the amount of the appraisal fee and for Greg to own up to what he did after I got tons of stories old Greg is good at numbers Greg knows what he's doing Greg is the best at math. And then I got old this is the first time she's ever made this mistake and his her life talkin about the realtor. If you're that good in math then you should have known not to send me down there and I could not afford it you should not have allowed me to pay an appraisal fee or an inspect

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. ("PRMG") completed a thorough review of your complaint submitted to the Business Consumer Alliance. You submitted a complaint alleging that PRMG misled you during the loan process and asked you to pay for an appraisal. Upon speaking with the parties involved in this transaction, we determined that PRMG acted in good faith when trying to assist you during the loan process. On May 01, 2022, you signed a certain contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate (the "Contract"). In the Contract, you agreed to pay for the appraisal. On May 05, 2022, you electronically signed initial loan disclosures, which state that PRMG may order an appraisal to determine the property's value and charge you for the cost. PRMG will not be reimbursing your appraisal cost. In addition, PRMG discovered that Sparkles Inc. ("the Seller") purchased the subject property in the Contract on April 28, 2022. A property being resold 90 days or less following a seller's date of acquisition does not meet the Federal Housing and Administration's guidelines. The Contract was dated within 90 days of the Seller's date of acquisition of the subject property. Thus, the structure of your financing at the time did not meet applicable guidelines. On May 15, 2022, PRMG informed you that we could not proceed with the loan transaction as structured. PRMG attempted to offer other options in assisting you with your financing needs and requested updated financials to determine your means to pay. Upon review of the updated financials, PRMG discovered that the income was significantly lower than what was disclosed when you submitted your application. Soon after, on June 11 and 12, 2022, you notified PRMG by email to withdraw your application from the loan process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Why did they gave me the wrong name to the realtor that sold the property? Why sent to other property if we could not afford this one? Why Maysa try send 500? Why promise pay fees for the next propetery? Why Maysa lie as say his name was Micheal ? when his name is Christopher I Williamson who works for eXp Realty LLC? WhyMaysa yell and Brian call liar when we found her in a lie she starting yelling when caught in lies the same she did with the other Realtor. We talk about 15 minutes me and the other realtor. Why Maysa said told tell no or Muslim about her? When one said Maysa full of crap never was top seller but did get an award tell a lot of lies. Had we knew you had her we told back out. Why Maysa talk so bad about Gregg if they are partners? Gregg never said one bad thing about Maysa.
