I had my gas tank fill with 100 gallon of gas which would put my tank at 40 on December 26th and I was out of gas on January 21st and I called Pardon Gas and spoke to Nancy and asked if someone could come out to check for a Gas leak and to bring some gas. I was told that everyone was busy and she would put in the order but she didn't think it was a leak. On the 23rd of January the tank was at 30 and I called again and was told that they still couldn't send everyone out. So I called and asked to speak with Larry Pardon and Nancy told he was gone for the day and someone would be out today on the 27th. I call to see what time they would be out and I was told by Nancy again that they didn't have any available Tech available. I need to know what are my options Resolution Sought I would like someone to assist in getting resolved. Because my Mother Iola Rogers is 86 years old and has Dementia and can't afford to buy gas every two and weeks at 302.00 on a fixed income
