We paid Parisian Holdings to make us a website for our small family owned business. It took a month longer and there were many mistakes and misspelled words. We were patient and understood it was challenging. We rushed the acceptance of the site as we were opening our restaurant. 10 months later we received a $600 bill for maintenance when we never were aware that it was being maintained as we had someone else fix all of the issues. When I asked to see where in the proposal that this was stated (it wasn't) the company closed our site down on Friday our busiest day. We are a small family owned restaurant and no online site hurts our business and takes food away from our employees. Resolution Sought We would like the money refunded. We paid $2000 for 10 months of a website. We paid for the site and the company should not have the authority to take it down without telling us.
