Shut down or change ownership.

Well I've been going to this store next door to hungry howies for 10 year's and they can not make lotto pay outs. They charge taxes on food, there prices go up and down constantly. The owner doesn't know how to treat costumers with respect and they do not use any kind of distributors what so ever.
