I got ticket put on my car I was driving. I need to speak with a person. How do I get in touch with someone? There not even an amount to question only gold paper to mail?? Resolution Sought Get this rectified.

000-233-169 I was parked at 108 Tillman Lot on 3/13/2023 Vehicle: KBTK07 Florida Red Chrysler ticket was at 4.40PM. I have my first receipt for stall 40 was at 3:54 PM I paid for 3 hours until 6.:54 PM, I later added more money at 6:22 PM for two hours until 8:22 PM. I paid $32.40 for the first three hours and $21.28 for two more hours. I was not aware that I had to leave the receipt on the dashboard. I can email you the two receipts I have. Resolution Sought I want not to pay for the parking violation
