Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company booted a car parked in a posted guest spot in my complex. During the daytime hours when it's okay to park. They have no one to talk to about the improper boot.. which forced you to pay $385. When I complained the owner sent a nasty, email threatening me that he will always tow my cars. This company is unscrupulous, unprofessional and predatory. The email was filled with threats, name calling and disgusting. Resolution Sought Refund the money. Agree to follow the rules set by the HOA. Not target me anymore.
