I tried to pay my monthly lot rental payment at the ACH location in Tulsa Ok. It was declined saying below minimal amount due even though the amount was the exact total on the written bill. I was instructed to go to the office and inquire why my payment was declined. I did and the manager said additional violation charges of $54.00 must be paid to her in cash before it can be accepted. I sent a money order in the full amount of my bill and it was return to me. An additional $56.00 was added to the bill. And I was told that if this amount was not paid within 5 days of the notice I would be terminated. I own my mobile home I rent the lot the violations are for blinds broken on the windows which is not their responsibility to replace. Resolution Sought Eliminate the illegal charges of $56. Contact me to explain. Have this manager investigated for empossing illegal charges with the intention of getting additional money for her self-gain. And prosecuted.

Company states; Please be advised that Ms. Jordan and Ms. Nichols are in violation of their lease agreement with Park View Estates. We have attempted to resolve this issue with both residents over may months and at multiple levels of our management team. However, they did not respond to numerous violation notices regarding the condition of their home and yard maintenance, which is a violation of the community rules and regulations. Additionally, they failed to pay the June rent, further violating the lease agreement. Ms. Jordan and Ms. Nichols were also verbally abusive to management staff. Throughout June, they failed to address their non-compliance with the lease agreement and community rules and regulations, despite several attempts by our staff to bring them into compliance. As a result, Park View Village has a court date on July, 1, 2024 to obtain judgment for possession (unlawful detainer) for the lot leased by Ms. Jordan and Ms. Nichols. The companies response to my complaints are not true about the court hearing on July 1st. The court order me to attempt to make a payment of the entire amount of the June bill plus the July bill minus the illegal charges for violations I made an attempt to do so on July 3rd and the payment was declined. The judge ordered me to return to court on July 8th bring proof of the refusal to court.
