I want them not to be able to do this to future patients.

I made my husband an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. He is in excruciating pain!! They made him sit for an hour with out doing anything at all. Then said they didn't have enough time to do anything because they had other patients coming in. Apparently he would need a root canal and a crown. They said he didn't make the right kind of appointment. Well we are dentists and we made an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and severe pain. I don't know why they didn't give themselves the proper amount of time. I called and they were unwilling to help. They did however say he can go to another location in Lakewood which is pretty far away and way later in the day.
