Metal roof installed August 2019 has been leaking I called ,after calling my insurance carrier he came out didn't go on roof went through house said I'll be back , see what your insurance carrier said, I called and text no response, I have 40 years warranty on roof. This is on my contract and use to be insurance carrier, my mortgage placed me under a new insurance carrier. Resolution Sought If he doesn't complete the job, then he needs to refund my money back , because the roof has leak over half of house accept two rooms, insurance carrier said he need to tighten down front part of my roof and all exhaust fitting and flash to pipe for heating, bathroom with sealer.
