I saw a shady looking character lurking around the parking lot.

I was shopping today picking up items for my Sister's birthday this week-end. I had to get cake pans at Dollar Store Lloyd Center Portland Oregon, and some Valentine doo-dads. I also, picked up her gift. I saw a shady looking character lurking around the parking lot, looking in windows of cars and taking pictures. I frequently park in this parking lot while working out at LA Fitness with either my Husband or Sister, or when I have to pick up baking supplies and holiday "stuff". I'm generally in and out while on my lunch hour and have never had any problems. Today, I found a parking ticket on my window. I'm not even sure if it is real, or just another scam that is being perpetrated these days. I was seriously confused about why I had received a ticket in a parking lot that I had previously felt safe. I am frequently in the LA Fitness at night and always use this lot while taking Aqua Fit class with Sister. I'm now going to need to find another fitness club because I can't trust that I will not receive another ticket. I don't feeling comfortable having to park down the street to work out at night. $48 is a little steep for parking. Find out if this is a real company. I see it has a "F" rating, which confirms my suspicion this is a scam.

Extremely bad service/ no spanish speaker on top of ticket?

I give you guys a 1 star, you are full of excuses I don’t think that Parking Compliance Enforcement has ever gone out and done something nice for people but give them a hard time. You guys are very inconsiderate, I don’t understand the point of even Providing is with a number to make a dispute, if speaking with you guys Is just a waste of time for trying to get the penalties dropped. My roommate and I have been living here for 3 years now and have received a ticket until you started “making your rounds” the parking permits have not been put into place the entire 3 years that we have been living here, they were put into place THIS very month. She speaks only Spanish and there was never an understanding between her and the landlord I have to do the translating for her. So that’s another area you guys should work on, is having Spanish speakers in place for both The apartment complexes and Parking compliance enforcement. Because no one is being understood. It seems to me this is a very disorganized scheme you have going on and although you are making money off of us, I’m sure a lot of people will start moving out.
- My friends and I will be leaving more reviews, I can assure you of that. How’s that for $45.00 plus a $5.00 administration fee. What a joke, that there’s a fee for writing on a stupid yellow piece of paper and leaving it on our dashboard out of all places.
