On the Night of October 29 2022 both myself and my boyfriend Mr. Whaley paid pmc valet parking outside of Sambucas restaurant downtown Nashville in the gulch area where we ate dinner. Almost a month later we both started receiving letters in the mail with a picture of our cars stating that we left a garage without paying and saying we owe $76.55. We have been reaching out to multiple people from the company saying that the dame situation has happened to other customers before and that the tickets would be taken care of. Unfortunately we have receiving 2 more letters saying the same thing and the 3rd and final letter stated that if the payment is not made by 2/14/2023 that it would go on our credit. Both myself and boyfriend are very unhappy and feel as if we are being scammed and that the company is trying to force us to pay something that we have already paid for. We still have our receipts as well as bank statements and text from the night we paid. Again, each person we have talked to on several occasions is giving us the run as if we are being scammed at this point we are ready to sue. We have the bank statements and text from the night of paying valet to park both cars and to be sure that it doesn't happen to any other customer.

I approach this company parking machine on 10/21/2021. And I was charged 45.00 for a 40 minute office visit. And I'm not being refunded when I should due to the first 4 hours at this facility is free with no charge Resolution Sought To have this company refund my money they took off my debt card on 10/21/2021.
