Parking tickets from Pa. My husband downloaded the qr app and it took the first time he used it. So after that he thought it was going thru but wasnt. So we get all these tickets from prrs and ive called trying to work it out. But they want me to pay 400+dollars for these tickets. Not my husband fault the qr scanner wasnt working.... I dont mind paying for the tickets. I believe its 10.00 a day. But this is extortion..... Please help resolve this Resolution Sought To pay the 10.00 a day. But we shouldnt be held accountable for equipment not working

Parked in this parking lot, paid approximately 8.50 for 2 hours went over about 16 minutes, come out no tickets or violation notice, 2 weeks later they send a $82.00 ticket in the mail for 15 minutes over, didn't see any terms visible about parking, because there is no way I would have packed there if they had the terms poster, do think anyone would agree with these ridiculous charges, the late fee is 10x what the parking fee is. And they obviously use this lower fee to lure people in to rip them off. To charge 82.00 for 15 minutes is price gouging and needs to be investigated. Thank You. Resolution Sought I want this ridiculous fee thst they charged for 15 minutes removed, and I will be fine with 8.25 for the extra 15 minutes. Which would cover 2 hours of parking. But 82.00 is un acceptable.
