On 3/06/2023 I called this service provider to set up trash pick up. I paid service through credit card in the amount of $128.17. Was told trash would be picked up on 3/09/2023. I set out the trash on 3/08/2023 the evening before as was instructed to do. Noticed trash was not removed as promised, so I called spoke with representative which whom told me they were the next neighborhood over and would be there momentarily. This was 10 am that morning. Around 1600 that evening noticed trash was still not removed, called again and was then told workers ran out of DOT hours. And then told trash would be removed on Friday 3/10/2023 . Woke this am noticed trash was still not removed, called again to complain spoke with another representative who could not give me an answer as to why trash was not removed. I then asked for a manager. I was then contacted from manager by the name of Cynthia which who's number is (304)-724-8663. I spoke with her and she to was unable to give an answer to why trash had not been removed. Resolution Sought I want a full refund and services canceled from this poorly ran agency.

I have their service to pickup my trash. This is the 2nd week in a row they failed to pick it up. Since having them, they have failed to pick it up several times. I phoned them both weeks and they still missed today. I pay for service and they are not providing it. They should give me my money back to I threatened them with a lawsuit. Resolution Sought Pickup my trash and pay back the money I paid them. Get their trash can out of my yard. I will rate this company zero stars.

Customer has been told repeatedly that he needs to place his trash can with the bar facing the street to have the truck be able to lift it. He repeatedly places it with the bar facing away from the street. The driver notes each time unable to service customer as a result of such.
