We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion in mid July 2022 and we still don't have the title that we need to tag it. The 60 day tag expired so the gave us a dealer car to drive till title arrives. We get excuses and empty promises as to when they'll have the title. We've been patient until now. We are suspicious that something is not right. They try to smooth things over with stupid excuses and promises. Can u help. Resolution Sought Different car or monetary compensation or the clean clear title for what we originally purchased.
