On Aug 3, 2021 at 2:30 pm my 4 year old son had an appointment for an ADHD assessment at Parkview Behavioral Health Institute, 3 Wishes The appointment was at 2:30pm we were told to arrive 15 minutes early but weren't seen until 2:45pm. We were not seen by the psychologist i was told he would be seen by, Instead a coordinator by the name of Ta'nisha Clements, BGS directed us to therapist by the name of Sara Adam's. My son and I were asked questions about his behavior but i was never told if he had ADHD or not. He was never diagnosed. Sara asked my son if he wanted to come back and start treatment of course he said yes. She then told me that I would be receiving a call about his diagnosis and treatment plan soon. Two weeks pass and no word from anyone from the institute so I decided to call them myself and was given the run around and was always led to someone's voice-mail. I was also hung up on 4 times . I went to Google to find the reviews of this institute and and to see if others were experiencing the same treatment.. The reviews on Google are filled with 1 star reviews with clients all having the same issue. They are taking the insurance money of people in need of mental help but never calling them back to start treatment or even give them a diagnosis. My son insurance will not cover most psychologist in our area. Parkview Behavioral Health Institute was our only hope since they take all kinds of insurance and now I see why because they don't actually offer any help. Resolution Sought I would like to receive a answer about his diagnosis and treatment plan.
