Parkwood Auto Spa Inc reviews

On 1/15/2019 we had occasion to use Parkwood Auto Spa. We have taken our 2017 Toyota Sienna to Parkwood in the past without incident. As we went through the car wash, their equipment somehow hooked onto the right side of our rear bumper assembly tearing it partially away and cracking it in the center. We immediately, on site, brought the problem to the attention of the attendant. Initially he said there was nothing he could do. We informed him that the car was not drivable with the bumper hanging off the back. He finally phoned the owner, David Nufer, who came to the site. He was able to re-attach the bumper well enough to drive it home. We filed a claim with our insurance company who contacted Susan Nufer at Parkwood. She told them to get two estimates which we did within two days, & our insurance company submitted them to Susan at Parkwood. For some unknown reason she refused to give our insurance company the name of her insurance company. After getting no response from Susan Nufer after two weeks of excuses, she finally stated that the damage was not their fault because "other vehicles going through the car wash we're not damaged, & therefore there must have been something wrong with our vehicle"
