Just want them to do what they said they would do. In flyer

They put a flyer out for free estimate. We called they made 2 appointments charge the first one and then called us and said they were not going to be in the area anymore. This looks to me like they were going to try and RIP off the elderly in our park but what do I know I am just a year old man just trying to get a job done.
