I went there for a install in which I was charged $120.00 , my hair was not bleached or washed. I walked in with a brand new 22inch wig and left with a old smelly wig. It was a disgrace, I was due at my mother's Funeral the next day how disgusting. They have a scam where they send you way to the back where the dryers are. There are a group of young girls where they pass your wig around, as if they are checking it out . There is a side door and next door they sell wigs. please help . I was so hurt. I had to keep my head covered during the whole funeral. And u could still smell the stink smell My hair was switched. It was the owner, who name is also Parris. I want it reported as review for the world to see..I couldn't make this up!you should send in a secret shopper.
