Paid in advance for driver side door 04 F150. Went to pick up next day after they pulled it. Instead of removing the kick plate and unplugging the wiring harness and simply pulling intact harness through hole they cut the wires. Cost me extra 150.00 for the body shop to pull all the guts out of my door and swap to the new door. I asked why they would cut the wires and not just pull the harness through the hole. The guy at the counter didn't know why and offered my money back. Said he had to call back to yard person and they (his boss) said that's the way they pull doors and if I wanted my money back there would be a 25 restocking fee. I had already paid for the door (300.00 + tax) so it would have been 75.00 I loose for restocking. Also yard guy said I bought a door anot not a harness. The counter person should have told me this before I even bought the door. Lack of training or for whatever the reason that's what happened. I decided to take the door knowing it would cost more. Took it to the body shop and they called me while working on swapping doors and told me the door I got from Parrish was cracked and would require welding to fix that. I at this point am thoroughly upset. I will never do business with Parrish Auto again. I suggest you don't either if you're reading this. Resolution Sought They should compensate me for all the extra charges I incurred. Better training of the counter people selling the parts.

The customer bought a door, which actually had more parts on it that normally would not be on the door. He did not buy the wiring harness, or the glass or the window parts, he got a awesome deal for the door purchased. We even offered him his money back before he took the door. So i have no idea what he upset about.
