Bad service and uneven haircut also employee are not Licensed or background check

I received a hair cut on November 9th at Parrydise Salon by KYRA ELLIS. Her idea of a bayalage was applying in ash toner to my old roots and highlight low light. She cut my hair styled and curled it and I was on my way within 45 minutes. I paid 235 for it plus $55 tip. After I had washed my hair two days later I noticed it was 3 inches and even. I also did my research on bayalage and that is not what was done to me. I contacted manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional, Kyra and her are good friends. I posted my experience on Facebook and found multiple other people who have had the same experience. When you confront these two they say you went home and botched your own hair.
