They bait and switched me. They lead me to believe that I was getting a loan. Which is what I applied for. Then they leased my work unit back to me. It has cost me to lose jobs while it kept breaking down on me. They leased me a lemon and I was responsible for all the repairs. As of now it still needs repaired. I believe its the wiring. I can't take to make/builder as they are in FL and I'm in Az. They expect me to buy a lemon. In lease terms the unit/vehicle they lease you is supposed to be in working order, pristine condition and lose value over time. As of day one even before getting on the road it broke down on me. Its been down 5 times since I took possession of it in January 16, 2021. Michael Patrick from their office said I could return it within a yrs time but I'm not finding that in any of my paperwork. I'm a single mom trying to provide for my family and their unit their leasing to me is faulty. Resolution Sought 1. No negative reporting 2. My 5k deposit back 3. All prepaid and current payments refunded 4. The lease terminated 5. Revenue for lost work and lose of new business. 6. They can take the trailer/unit.

Wrong company. We are an equipment leasing company and do not sell any equipment. From this complaint it looks like Ms. Pratt is not happy with the vehicle they chose and it needs repair. Again, we only provided the financing and have nothing to do with the equipment, warranty, repair or any issue if it brakes. This complain should probably be direct to the company that sold her the vehicle.

Right company. they said I was qualified for a loan. Later on, I found out that instead of making it into a traditional loan, they made it into a lease. They can take this trailer back and let me out of this lease. I was not sold this trailer, it was leased to me by said company. There is NO title to this trailer. I was told Partners Capital has the title. Why should I be responsible for fixing their leased vehicle? I don't own it. They own it. they paid for it. I should not be required to fix their vehicle. I don't care what their contract states. Partners Capital should contact the builder to resolve the defects of their leased vehicle. to restore their lessee with a true working vehicle. I need to know who owns the trailer. I have paperwork that shows they bought it out from underneath me, and leased it back to me. Who has the title? DMV needs the title. My $5000 deposit was not applied to my loan, it was sent to Michael Patrick at Partners Capital Group.
