If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I was contacted via a text. This was after applying to a remote customer service job via Monster. The interview was done using a zoom chat. They seem Ed to be conducting a legitimate interview, however the method was odd. English was well done but not their 1st language. I was hired for $32 an hour with full benefits. I was sent a form to fill out with personal information. I did not provide my SS number. They said they will send a check to purchase iPad. iPhone. Printer. Fax and lamination machine from their preferred supplier. I would like to help get them caught and punished. Resolution Sought I'm not sure what the resolution should be.
