Hello my name is Christiaan Castaneda I am 27yrs old and have been working with partners personnel since April 18th this year, my complaints are for the work conditions at Lowe's on Indian st in Perris CA, due to them not obeying the 6ft apart while working in close setting and not obeying the mask guidelines for those who are unvaccinated, and due to them making all staffing employees work during holidays and given regular pay all during a 10 hr day. Also I have been injured multiple times at work and the most famous for me was when I fell into a hole at shipping when the forklift driver decided to not let a newly trained person as myself know as in regards to the dock being retracted and leaving a five foot gap between the truck and myself to which in my case I assumed all was well til I had gashes in my left leg and bled alot due to Lowe's not properly training nor notifying their employees about actions that could provide a hazardous work environment. Also the forklift drivers race through the corridors without looking I have almost gotten hit the whole time working their since today I got let go due to lack of attendence and that was due to me having to bury my partner of nine years and still grieving over my loss. Resolution Sought Pay me for the holiday the time and a half and I won't sue them for so many COVID liabilities and labor codes
