Ordered parts from Parts Geek. $341.29, Received parts (kit) with all parts needed. Opened box before leaving because it was on its side with address facing out instead of up. Found one box crushed with rotors and drums on top. Checked to find that the brake shoes in that crushed box were the wrong shoes for the car. Attempted to call the company when I arrived at my appointment to find I was caller 46. Called and did chat online and they sent instructions on how to return this 68+ pound box. Spent $107.49 with FedEx to return the box. When I called to find out how to get that back was told that the warehouse said I would not get that money back. They send item that do not fit the car-Brake Shoes-tell you how to return this item-apparently at your cost-and could take weeks to get anything back. Wrong parts-you pay to return-weeks to get maybe something back. Corp located in Vegas-right place-throw the dice when you shop here- take you chances with the CRAPPSHOOT. Resolution Sought Refund of both the cost of the wrong part and the return shipping. 341.29 + 107.49 = $448.78

I ordered a car part on November 4 and have tried to contact the company but keep getting the phone hung up and being placed on a call back each time . I'm trying to get my money back because I'm told the part is not in stock. Resolution Sought To get my money back now so I can go elsewhere to purchase the part as soon as possible
