Purchased Ac Compressor 8/02/2022. I had it professionally installed part malfunctioned 2/21/23 i contacted Parts geek 7/21/2023 concerning malfunctioned ACCompressor ( GPD ) brand I was told the only way to get anything was to repurchase another compressor fill out claim form upload a picture of part and see if it's approved for return but warranty still valid) I had to make appointment wit maintenance to remove cost $300 just to remove then wait to see if it approved for return I waited for email for refund/ return received it on8/09/23 when i called again that when the representative emailed me back with no longer under warranty. Huhh 7/21/23 claim wenom a chase until 8/09/23 warranty expire 8/02/23 really that not professional and it misleading i have emails saved I ask for refund purchased Compressor from Napa Auto $631.00 i just want my money back I filed in sufficient time Resolution Sought False policy representation view my claim date.

I order a oil cooler for my 2012 Chevy Sonic that cost me 113.00 dollars they went and sent me the wrong part they sent me a 7.00 dollar drain plug. Couldnt get hold them they wouldn't even call back I only have two days to fix my car so I had to go auto part store to buy part wish I just had done that. I believe if they mess up the order pretty much made me get part somewhere else because I have only two days to get my car fix because I have to be back to work by Monday 07/17/2023 .Bottom line is they act like they don't want to give me my money back they wanted to send me right part what for I already got the part can't wait another week for the part. They ask me about the drain plug and I told them I will gladly send it back too them because I'm not going to lose 113.00 for 7.00 dollar part. Please contact me if you need. Resolution Sought Just want my money back on my card. I'll sent them back the wrong part they sent me I have no problem with that. Want to take the time to please help me with this matter to who this concern thank you very much.
