I ordered a set of shocks during a storm it didn't take my order so I reordered them again, so they sent me 2 pairs of shocks I only needed 1 pair I left one pair untouched so I followed parts geek return policy, they received my return but I forgot to give them my tracking number, so I called customer service back gave them tracking number, the first time I called they told me it was in there in warehouse he told me on the phone it was there I gave them tracking number sent photos of the tracking number more than once .it was received customer service said I paid 17.85 to return it.then I got a email saying we consider this matter closed! They blamed it on the US postal service I went there they were so nice ! Parts geek lied to me it was received on my phone call then said it was never delivered pardon but bull shit in all it cost me 92.00 bucks I've got children sorry for that I'm 63 yrs.old recently retired I've never been taken advantage of and lied to like this in my opinion this matter is not closed can u help Resolution Sought Refund

I returned the part and thay are saying that the part is not in the original box that thay. Sand it in so thay are not paying the refund I have pic of how the part left my home and how it was delivered to them I can sand tham to you whan u ask for tham tks anthony Resolution Sought Get the refund
