Sent used radiator leaking fluid

Sent me a used defective radiator leaking fluid.

I really think they need better customers service

I ordered a part through PartsGeek and the part didn't make it to me. I conveyed my concerns to multiple customers service employees and had to seek the superior of both, due to the rudeness and the lack of concern. I finally reached a supervisor, whom cancelled my order, returned my money and left me two weeks lost, without my part or any alternative means of me getting my part that was promised to me a week ago. I really think they need better customers service and policies in events such as these. I work on vehicles and that part being late really cost me a lot of money and time. I addressed these things to the company and they told me that is not of there concern, due to I didn't read all of the terms and conditions. Yet still, something is owed, MY PART!!!! Have better solutions for these type conditions, due to the customer having lost time and money.
