I ordered the wrong part so I reordered the correct part… order # 18-73611946 . The order was for a right variable timing selenoid gasket , and a left one as well for a 2003 Range Rover. My husband had to contact customer service because they were very rude with me. He was told that they would 2 day ship my items. I received an email that my item was delivered today. I open the package and there is a Rough Ryder knife in my packaging. I am taking this as a physical threat from someone. How do I receive a knife when Parts Geek doesn't even sell knives. I have asked to speak to a manager. No one is taking the gravity of my safety serious. I've been passed from one "supervisor" to the next. This warrants legal action, which I am seeking. Resolution Sought Go to court. There obvious is no supervision at whatever factory or warehouse and because someone is upset, they can threaten my life and my family's lives?! Egregious!!!!!

Order parts from them they didn't send the right part so I sent the part back but I didn't receive my money back on the parts Resolution Sought Would like to receive my money back cause I already order parts from somewhere else and already fixed my truck
